Choice Properties

Choice Properties manages The Choice Group’s manufactured housing communities with a staff of nearly 200 dedicated professionals.

Choice Properties’ primary focus is on providing our residents with a community that is appealing, secure and enjoyable. We make every effort to be responsive to the needs of each resident and the community as a whole. We search continually for ways to improve our communities so that we can retain and attract new residents. Where possible, we improve the quality of our properties through capital expenditures, which helps us control our day-to-day operating expenses. We also meet regularly with out on-site managers, and hold corporate meetings to discuss and share challenges and accomplishments.

Our hard work and perseverance continue to pay big dividends. By virtue of our management style, our residents know they are our top priority. They appreciate our attention to detail, our pride in ownership and our commitment to their own success as homebuyers.

Few other management companies can boast such a close working relationship, open door policy and reinvestment in the communities in which they do business. Choice Properties is a true community partner, managing an impressive portfolio in excess of $150 million.

Providing our residents with an appealing community

A Resident Is...

The most important person in our business.

Not dependent on us. We are dependent on him.

Not an interruption of our work. He is the reason we are here.

A resident does us a favor when he comes in. We aren't doing him a favor by listening and taking care of him

Part of our business - not an outsider.

Not just a monthly rent payment. He is a human being with feelings like our own.

A person who comes to us with his needs and his wants. It is our job to fulfill them.

Deserves the most courteous attention we can give him. He is the life blood of his business. He pays your salary - and mine. Without him we would have to close our doors. Don't ever forget it.
